That said, according to Persian legend, anyone who has an hourglass containing the Sands of Time (sands of time) will be able to reverse time. This hourglass is the gift of the gods that can not be used carelessly. In the hands of good people, these hourglass can bring good and vice versa in the hands of bad people then the destruction they cause is not inconceivable.
The only person who can issue a 'sands of time' is of the hourglass is Dastan (Jake Gyllenhaal) who has the Dagger of Time (the dagger of time). Dastan, the prince, not a bad man, but by guile the wazir (Gisli Orn Gardarsson), Dastan finally let go of 'the sands of time' and the result is chaos everywhere.
