Bryan (Liam Neeson) adalah seorang agen pemerintah yang handal. Bryan mengundurkan diri dari pekerjaannya karena ingin lebih dekat dengan putri satu-satunya Kim (Meggie Grace). Suati hari Kim bersama sahabat karibnya Amanda (Katie Cassidy), akan berlibur ke Paris. Pada Awalnya Bryan tidak mengijinkanKim untuk berlibur ke Paris, namun karena dibujuk dan karena sayangnya kepada Kim, akhirnya Bryan mengijinkan putrinya tersebut berlibur ke Paris.

Sesampai di Paris, ternyata Kim dan Amanda telah diincar oleh sekelompok mafia Albania. Mafia ini melakukan penculikan terhadap para gadis remaja untuk kemudian dijual sebagai pelacur kepada jutawan dan mafia kelas kakap lainnya. Akhirnya Kim dan Amanda pun dapat diculik olek kawanan mafia tersebut.

Mau tak mau Bryan pun segera berangkat ke Paris untuk menyelamatkan Kim dan Amanda dari para penculik. Bryan harus menggunakan semua keahliannya untuk melacak keberadaan kelompok mafia tersebut untuk menyelamatkan putrinya. Mampukah Bryan menemukan dan menolong putrinya dari tangan para penculik?
